ARRANGEMENTS FOR TO-MORRO WVISIT -OF THAMES TEAM. No less than four matches are to he played at the local domain to-morrow. The principal attraction will be the senior representative game between Paeroa and Thames for the Birch Cup, commencing at 3 p.m. TJj, Thames Union has advised that -ue‘ members of the union and several carloads of supporters are coming to Paeroa, and, given a fine day, the public should be treated to a sparkling exhibition of Rugby. There has been t,wo changes in the local team which played against Hauraki Plains, on Saturday last, apd the majority of those selected have been in active training and should give a good account of themselves. The Thames team, with one exception, is the same as that which defeated the Ponsonby fifteen so decisively at Thames; on June 4. As a curtain-raiser a Hauraki Pla'ns third-grade representative team is to play the local third-grade team, the match commencing at 1.45 p.m. On the No. 2 ground, commencing at 2.15 p.m.. the East and West junior teams will meet in a club competition game, a,nd preceding this, match, th® Paeroa , A and B school teams will play, commencing at 1.15 p.ffi.
