Messrs C. R. Edmond. Dominion Secretary, N.Z. Alliance, and G. C. Burton, organiser of the Youths’ Movement against Alcoholism, were in Paeroa yesterday.
Constable J- M. Devereaux, of Kerepeehi, has received notification of'hi* l transfer to Thames South, to relieve Constable D. McLean, who has been promotel to the Coromandel district.
