SATURDAY’S FIXTURE. FINAL PREPARATIONS. The final Paeroa Athletic Club management committee meeting prior to Saturday’s gala was held on Monday evening. The track, ground, and general arrangements received consideration.
The Taranaki Road Race Champion of 1927, C. Tippins, of New Plymouth, has arrived in Paerca for the gala, Mr Tippins, who is putting in the final touches to ihis training, considers the Paeroa track very fast and in good nick.
