The annual sale of work conducted by St. Paul’s Ladies’ Guild and other church workers is to be held at the Gaiety Theatre, Paeroa, to-morrow. The doors will be opened to the public at 11 a.m. In addition to a number of attractive stalls where many useful articles, fruit, vegetables, and delicacies will be procurable at moderate prices, there will also be luncheon, afternoon tea, supper, strawberries and cream, and iced drinks and sundaes available. During the evening various competitions have been arranged, and prizes will be presented to the, winners of the cooking competitions. An excellent musical programme has been arranged, whe_n the leading talent of the district will contribute items.
