TE AROHA B

THREE-POINT WIN FOR PAEROA.

Tlie third matches of the last roujid of the Piako Cricket Association’s competition were played on Saturday last, when Morrinsville played Waitoa ’at Waitoa, Karangahake played Te Ar: ha A at Te Aroha, and the Te Araha B team visited Paeroa.

Stack, winning the toss, sent in the visitors who were unable to stand up to tlie deadly bowling of Edwards and Wilson. Edwards took four wickets in one over, and the team was dismissed far 16 runs.

For Paeroa Taylor, Jenkinson, and Sliand batted well, and the local team declared with 88 runs for five wickets. Te Aroha made a better stand in the second Dinings, Stanley battjng well 'for 13 runs, but the last five wickets went for one run. Flower taking six wickets far four and Stack one for none, tlie whole side was out for 30 runs.
