GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. THE FOOL. “The Fool,” as many local theatregoers know, is sheer -melodrama and thrills—a story of a young and zealous minister with an ideal, an ideal to live like Christ in the twentieth century. How he se.w about to do this, his triumphs and sacrifices and his many adventures, ending up- with one of the nr st thrillingly dramatic “miracle scenes” ever staged, provides rich material for the author, the adapter, director, and actors to work on. THURSDAY NIGHT. GOOD AND NAUGHTY. “A love comedy of errors.” This is the substance of Pola Negri’s latest picture, “Good and Naught,v,” which is to be screened to-morrow night. If you have ever been in lovq with somebody who was in 1< ve with somebody else who in turn was in love with another, and if you have gotten all tangled up in the meshes df Cupid’s mistakes, you will profit by—and laugh at —this film. QUEEN O’ DIAMONDS. The ati'istry of Evqlyn Brent, maturing with each new production, attains a high degree of perfection in her latest, “Queen O’ Diamonds,” also to be shown to-morrow night. Portraying a dual role of the most ex eting character, the brilliant little star acquitted herself with rare distinction, .as did the other members of her supporting cast. Evelyn Brent appears again as a chorus girl; a girl of goodness and grit who is in love with a struggling young playwright.
