Mitchell, £l, costs Ss ; E. Wilson v. E. J. L. Smith, £2 0s 6d, costs £1 3s' 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. W. Wihara was ordered to pay J. Laughlin £8 6s 8d forthwith, in default eight days’ imprisonment, the warrant to> be suspended so long as debtor paid £1 a month. ■ J. Olson was ordered to pay Maxwell and Brash £6 4s 7d, in default seven days’ imprisonment in Thames Gaol.
