Dr. H. B. Lusk, of- Auckland, is, acting as locum tenens to Dr. E. R Lange, of Turua.
Mr J. W. Silcock, manager of the Thames Valley touring team, has had a reflapse of an attack of influenza, contractexl before leaving Paeroa, and has beeji an inmate of the Wanganui Hospital since mid-day on Saturday last. Latest advice states'that Mr Silcock has made a good recovery, and hopes., to be discharged from hospital to-day. All being well, he, will reurn .to Paeroa to-morrow afternoon.
