PERSONAL.
Captain A. J. Mcl. Cross, of the Hauraki Regiment, has been awarded the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers’ decoration.
The Rev. J. M. Beaufort, vicar of Raglan, and up till recently vicar of the Hauraki Plains parish, ha,s decided to take up duty as chaplain on H.M.S. Philomel, the training ship for the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy. Mr Beaufort will leave Raglan in August.
