OBITUARY.
MRS, WILLIAM JOHN MOORE.
After a lingering illness of over twelve months’ duration Mrs Moore, wife of Mr William John Moore, Wood Street, Paeroa, passed peacefully away on Saturday morning last at the age of 51 years. It was thought a couple of weeks ago that she was recovering, appearing much improved and inclined to direct the household, but iater a detrimental change manefesetd itself—it was the beginning of the end. The deceased was born and married at Thames, and with her husband came to Paeroa twenty-five years ago. Mr Moore, being a wellknown and enthusiastic wtarker and organiser in the interests of all manner of sports and pastime, his wife was often a great help to him. She was also well known, and comnv’nded a large circle of friends. The late Mrs Moore leaves a family of five — three sone and two daughters.
