OBITUARY.
MRS. ELIZABETH MATILDA HEAPE
There passed away at the Thames Hospital on Tuesday last a former resident of Paeroa in tlie person of Mrs Elizabeth Matilda Heape. The deceased was the. elder daughter of the late Oliver Sorensen, of W,aihi Road. She married the late Mr J. N. Heape, whb for many years carried on a. grocery business in Paeroa, and later was manager of Messrs Bagnall Bros’, store at Turua. Mrs Heape had not enjoyed good health for some time, but the news of her death came as a shock to many of her bld friends in tills district, where she had resided for so many years and was greatly liked.
