— —» —--- - ANNUAL MEETING. The tenth annual meeting of shareholders of the Thames Valley Dairy Finance Co., Ltd., was held on Wednesday last, and was presided over- by Mr Geo. JBuchatian, chairman. Shareholders present were : Messrs L. 3Cassrefe, P. R. Hubbard, W. Montgomery,. W. D. Nicholas (directors),

and G. P. de Castro, H. Hare, and J. A. Reid, and the secretary, Mr W. H. Blakoway.

The balance-sheet, showed that the nett' profit for the year’s operations was £660 15s, an increase of £47 5s Bd. The advances during the year were £9540.

The allocation of' the profit was made as follows: Payment of a dividend on paid-up capital of 9 per cent., £313 16s lOd ; bontifs on paid-up capital. 3 per cent., absorbing £lO3 12s 4d; £5O to doubtful debts account; £ll5 to reserve fund; honorarium to chairman £l7, and to four directors £l2 10s each, and a bonus *o the secretary of .610 1 . Messrs P. R. Hubbard and W. Montgomery, retiring directors, were reelected, as also was the auditor, Mr G. E. Allen. A vote vote of appreciation was accorded to Mr W. H.
