EDUCATED ANIMALS.

MARVELLOUS ENTERTAINMENT. To the hundreds or people who will patronise the Hauraki A> and P. Show at Paeroa to-day. and to-morrow are recommended Abdy’s College of Educated Animals, which is a complete sh?w in itself. This entertainment .was on Fuller’s circuit and attracted crowded houses, and only a few weeks ago it was one. of the chief attractions at the Wanganui Show. A number of pressmen went to see it, and they all voted it to be one of t|he best they had seen. This entertainment has been shown in every corner of the 'globe, and it is credited with ' being patronised by the Royal Family,. One performance at the college consists of a musical monkey, who /pl-tvs the violin, drums, cymbals, etc. ’■'/i,!! fact, he is known as ?tihe ‘'Kubelik of tile Forest.” There are dancing • cockatoos in a very original act, performing pigeons, Bella, the cockatoo mystic seer, who searches the stars and ‘ answers any questions put to her. There is also a team of trained dosis and a team of educated cats. Altogether there are fifty, domestic pets in one gigantic show and all the animals are claimed to have been trained by kindness, and in their various turns they fully demonstrate that they enjoy giving pleasure to the crowds who continually throng the tent. Show patrons should not miss Abdy’s College of Educated Am‘mals.
