Entries for the New Zealand University matriculation examinations, including accountants’ preliminary, number over 4500, an increase of nearly 500 on last year. The examinations will be held from December 4 to 13, inclusive. On account of the enormous number of entries each candidate will be notified by post of the result, but beyond that; the university authorities do not intend to go to the expense of preparing lists for publication.
