CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES TO-NIGHT. FORSAKING ALL OTHERS. The principal film for to-night s one entitled “Forsaking All Others," featuring an all-star cast. Also .on the programme is the fourth round of “The Leather Pushers.” SATURDAY NIGHT. ONE CLEAR CALL. A splendid programme has been secured for to-morrow night, the main attraction being “One Clear Call.” MONDAY NIGHT. ONE EXCITING NIGHT. “One Exciting Night,” a United Artists release, to be screened on Monday, is a mystery drama with just enough comedy to relieve a tense situation when the plpt begins to thicken. While Mr Griffith has departed from the heavy and spectacular, he has produced a picture that will live among the immortals pf the silver screen. It is one of the best photoplays ever shown, with a well bab a/nced cast of characters, which is headed by Miss Carol Dempster, who shares the honours with Henry Hull“DICK WHITTINGTON.” TUESDAY NEXT. “ The greatest actor in dame parts that Australia has produced” is a big thing to say, but Tano Fama has no hesitation in testifying to that fact in connection with the reputation of his new expensive importation, Mr Ted Stanley,, whom, it wPI be remembered, appeared in this country a few years ago as “ Dame,’’ in company with Miss Carrie Moore. In addition to this, Mr Stanley made a wonderful success at the Grand Opera House, Sydney, with George Marlow’s big pantomime, when his work was favourably compared to that of the big English stars. Other principal parts are taken by Mr Will Cass, Miss Saidie Tilburn, Mr FTanit Cane, and Miss Ivy Bowment. A beauty ballett and chorus, selected from the principal Australian productions, are a pleasing phase of the pantomime, possessing both voice and voice and terpsichorean ability. Reserved seats may be booked at Flatt’s.
