E. Butler v. J. Kotara, £l7 Ils, order for payment forthwith, in default ten days in Thames Gaol, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays 10s per mnoth as from April 12, 1923 ; Farmers’ Co- operative Auctioneering Co. v. R. Gibson, £B3 18s 7d, ordered to pay forthwith, in default 83 days in Auckland Gaol ; W. Denton v. R. King, £5 13s 6d, ordered to pay forthwith, in default six days in Thames Gaol.
