Sinnett, £1 18s 6d, costs £1 12s 6d ; S. F. Kara v. R. Tuira, £6 17s, costs £2 ,s 6d; W. Denton v. J. M. O’Shea, 13s, costs 8s; T. G. Smith v. P. Calligan, £3 3s, costs 15s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. H. E. Butler v. J. Kotara, £l7 Ils, order for payment forthwith, in default ten days in Thames Gaol, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays 10s per mnoth as from April 12, 1923 ; Farmers’ Co- operative Auctioneering Co. v. R. Gibson, £B3 18s 7d, ordered to pay forthwith, in default 83 days in Auckland Gaol ; W. Denton v. R. King, £5 13s 6d, ordered to pay forthwith, in default six days in Thames Gaol.
