Detailed results of the matches are as follows: Steedman lost to Clendon 3 and 2, Miller lost to Marshall 5 and 3, Hanna lost to Purnell 2 up, Bishop defeated B. Clendon 2 and l, Moresby defeated ’Baker 6 and 4, Clarke and Dales all square, Somervell defeated Shaw 4 and 3 Kenny lost to Lindsay 5 and 3, Towers lost to Judd 6' and 5, Hedge defeated Teasdale 5 and 3, Mrs Miller and Mrs Baker all square, Miss Walmsley defeated Mrs Bush 3 and 2, Miss D. Poland defeated Mrs Bruce 8 and 7. • Next Saturday will be an open day for men. ' LADIES. On Saturday next the monthly medal (18 holes) and Mr Harina’s trophy (flag match) will be played for. Each player’s flag will be left for. them in the ladies’ room after 1.15 pm. Own partners to be arranged.
