The Minister had replie 1 to the executive that he could not at present see his way clear to make the trip. Mr Dunlop asked the Chamber to back the proposal up, and make further requests to the Minister to visit the district.

The president (Mr E.. W. Pprritt) pointed out that it would be ppportun 3 to bring the matter up if and when the Parliamentary delegation, as pro-* posed by the Morrinsville Chamber of Commerce (see report elsewhere) were in the district.
