PERSONAL.
Tn recognition of the past services of Mr W. Scott to the Thames Harbour Board, the board has decided to make a presentation to that gentleman. Messrs Harris, Cooper, and McCormick . have been, deputed to arrange a social function in honour of Mr Scott, and at which to make the presentation.
