Hibernians.
Tne Half-Yearly meeting of St. Anthony’s Branch of Hibernians was held in the Convent School last evening at 7.30 p.m. The Past President Bro. W. Darby Presiding. The chief business of the evening was the election and initiation of Officers for the forthcoming half year.
The initiation ceremony was carried out by the P. P., Bro. W. Darby. The offices of VicePresident, Warden, and Guardian were balloted for, the following being a list of the officers elected : —President, Bro Thos. T. Molloy ; V.P., Bro. J. Budge; Secretary (re-elected), Bro. F. Farrell; Tr asurer, Bro. A. E. Woiwod; Warden (re-elected), Bro. A. Berry; Guardian (reelected), Bro. G. Monaghan; Sick Visitors, Bro. T, McGill, and Bro. J. Walsh ; Auditors, Bro. A. Berry, and G. Monaghan.
It was decided to form ourselves a Musical Concert Committee under the direction of Bro. J. ("Budge for the advancement of Parochial affairs.
