Messrs W. Kay and F. W. Garland were elected honorary secretaries. Mr T. Britton, hon. treasurer, and t!i other>, with power to add to their number, the working committee. A sub-c *mmittee consisting of Messrs J. Brooks, E. W. Sheeran, the chairman, secretaries and treasurer were appointed to make the preliminary arrangements,* another sub-committee comprising Messrs R. Greenwell, E. Murstbn and C. Starr being appointed to arrange for the hospitisfng and entertainment of the boys. Mr Zainey’s offer to take a moving picture of the Band and to show the same at a matinee the proceeds t > go to the local Boys* Band fund—was accepted with thanks. The various sub-committees will report to a meeting of the general committee to be held next Wednesday night.
