CASE GOES BACK TO COURT.

One of the few cases wherein the Conciliation Council has agreed to refer a dispute to the Arbitration Court since the amendment of the Arbitration Act in 1932 was heard before Commissioner Ritchie to-day. The New Zealand Federated Master Painters’, Decorators’ and Sign writers’ Association sought a new award. An agreement was rebelled oil some minor clauses, but all of the assessors agreed to submit contentious clauses to the 'Court,
