'“FREEZER’S” CREDITORS’ MEETING. \ TWO-UP LOSSES INCIUIRY. [Pet Press Association Copyright .l GISBORNE, December 20. Still another adjournment, this time until January 17, was made to-day in connexion with the examination of Thomas Goodall, a freezing Works employee, who was adjudged bankrupt recently on a creditor’s petition. At the first meeting, bankrupt alleged that he lost upwards of £3OO in three years. at local two-up schools, hut was unable to state the locality of the schools or who was present ar the schools. To enable him to obtain further information on these points, the meeting was adjourned for a week, but the bankrupt was still unable to throw further light on the position. The meeting was then further adjourned, till to-day, Goodall being supplied with a list of convicted two-up. players as a guide to inquiries. To-day he stated he found most ot the men whose name he had been given, hut lie could not pick them. He only spoke to one, as lie thought counsel for the creditors only wanted him to recognise them. He said he would make it his busine|s t 0 see itliem. A,’fter detailed ' examination, counsel said that apparently Goodall misunderstood what was required of him. Under these circumstances, tho Official Assignee adjourned the meeting until January 17. j
