The crew, o'f seven of the 90-ton Isle of Man steamer ‘Ben Blanche .wqre brought into Swansea by a lifeboat after the vessel stritek rocks in thick weathet. - * . ■ The American steamship Topatcpa, of 5356 tons, carrying cotton and timber from Florida to London arrived at the Thames with a fire aboard, which had raged for 24 hours.
