correspondent Says; “A conspiracy hag been disclosed to enable the

The movement is duo to the food shortage, which has led to the combination •of the discontented elements.’ “The Ukraine is formidable enough to tempt possible intervention. The Ukraine is twice the size of Britain, and is one °f the richest districts in Russia, so that Moscow states that it is determined to fight separation at any cost.”
