SUNDAY’S EXCURSION
Iwo trains leave Christchurch tomorrow for Greymouth, Hokitika and Lake Mahinapua, The first departs at 1 a,m,, and the second at 1.5 a.m, the trains are due at Greymouth at 7 a,m, for breakfast. The train southward, bound, leaves Greymouth st D.oO; Kumara at 9.55; and arrives at- Hokitika at 10.23 a.m,. At 1 p.m, the train leaves Hokitika for Lake Mahinapua, due there at 1.20. The train returns again leaving Mahinapua at 4.30; Hokitika at 5 p.m. and arriving Greymouth at 5.50. The first trin leaves Greymouth for Christchurch at 11 p.m. and the secod 2o minutes later.
The return fare to Greymouth is 10s 6d. The fare Greymouth and Kumara to Hokitika and Lake Mahinapua, adults 2s 9d, children Is 6d. The New Brighton Municipal Band accompanies the excursion and will render concerts.
