RECENT STRATOSPHERE FLIGHT.

(Received this day at 12.5 p.m.) . WASHINGTON, November 23. The calibration of the barometer carried by Settle and Fordney on theif stratosphere flight, dhowedi they ascended 61,236 feet. The National Aeronautic Association said it would be forwarded to the Federation of Aeronautique liiternatioiiah •as a new world height record.
