WAGE INCREASE
LOWER PAID N.S.W. SERVANTS

The Premier (Air B. S. B. Stevens), has introduced, a bill in the Assembly to remove the hardships on lower paid public servants, following the recent drop in the basic wage. A total amount of £170,000 is involved and approximately twenty-three thousand employees are affected.
