AGREEMENT IN CHRISTCHURCH. (Per Press Association — Copyright.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 23. Negotiations between the petrol retailers’ association and the Vacuum Oil Company were terminated this afternoon, when about 70 pumps were unlocked, after more than a week of idleness, owing to the dispute with the company as to the prices charged for petrol.
