KIDNAPPERS’ MURDERED VICTIM

SAN FRANCISCO, November 17

Federal agents to-day revealed that one of the two confessed kidnappers and murderers of the student, Hart, a§ cabled on November 16, filed shots from a revolver into the victim as the latter struggled in the waters of San Francisco Bay last Thursday night. The officials state that th e kidnappers planned from the start to kill Hart, never intending to return him on the payment of 40,000 dollars ransom, as sought bv them. In this respect the case is described as resembling those of the Lindbergh baby and Marion Parker, of Los Angeles ,in 1927. It is alleged that the kidnappers Iv’v’ng wire for binding ancl blocks of stucco cement with which to slug Hart and weight his body.
