SYDNEY SUICIDE
IDENTIFICATION UNCERTAINTY.

A strange set of circumstances, associated with the identity of the HarBridge victim on September 24, 1932, involve a New Zealander, George Williams, aged 57', of Papakura. The. battered body, found on the concrete road beneath the bridge, has been identified as Williams. However, Airs Williams, in New Zealand, upon being communicated with, was unable to reconcile the description with that of her husband, and Leslie Dunlop, who identified the body as that of Williams cannot be traced.
, It is now believed, in fact claimed, that the body was that of Williams. Lehan, a retired sugar cane worker, who was in ill-health at that time, had stated that if .he contemplated suicide, he would thi’ow himself over the bridge to the concrete below to make a proper job of it. He was last seen on the very day the tragedy occurred, wherewith Williams is linked. Lehane’s relatives, who declare he possessed a Considerable sum of money in the bank, are now considering the question of the administration of his estate,. .... L .
