(Per Press Is so nation — Copyright ) WELLTNGTON, September 27. ; The Harbour Board has decided to proceed with the replacement of the exigtin'g black buoy at the Steeple .Ilpeii jite the western side of the barbo, uj: on franco, with a beacon light at aVenst of £I6OO. The light will assist the lighter draft vessels in keeping to the..proper side of the channel, and will generally facilitate navigation at the entrance.
