SOUTH WESTLAND SEVEN-A-SIDE.
Under the auspices of the S’°uthWeatland' Sub-Union a -seven-aiside tournament was held at Wataroa on Saturday. Two rounds were played and the teams with two losses were eliminated, knock out play following. The most interesting game was 1 the semi-final between Okarito and Weheka when two extra sessions; were played before Weheka scored: The strenuous semi-final told on the players and although Wataroa deserved their win with brilliant hack play the final was robbed of the opposition expected.
