HOSPITAL BALL
The extensive arrangements which are now nearing completion in connection with the hospital ball on Wednesday night in the Soldiers’ Hall, indicate that no trouble- has been unsurmountable in the committee’s en- - deavour to present to the, public an evening’s dancing ' entertainment of more than usual 'attraction. The worthy object of tlris function will have its appeal and a very large'patronage is indicated. Many novelty'attractions have been included in the programme, while special attention has been paid to the decorations which are on a wide and attractive scale, and to the supper arrangements. Musicwill be played by tli s Happiness Boys’ Dance Band. On the following evening a children’s plain and fancy: dress carnival will be held'for which prizes will be awarded. \
