BY UNEMPLOYED AT HAMILTON, (Per Press Association —Copyright), HAMILTON, July 18. By a majority o. 1 GO, 181 votes to 131, the Hamilton unemployed last evening decided against a strike. The voting was on the resolution to down tools on a national policy.
