Resultant on the simultaneous raiding of several town premises by the police yesterday afternoon, four persons were charged in the Magistrate's Ootirt this morning with keeping common gaining houses, and fines were imposed as follows; —Arthur Clark £25, Charles Schou £75, Arthur Lawrence Lambeus £SO, The case of ■Sydney Raymond Bowyer was adjourned to July 24, bail of £SO being allowed. Of four others charged with being found on the premises one was fined £l. One ease, w,as dismissed and the other two were adjourned.
