MAINTENANCE ORDER
AGAINST AUCKLAND BOHN PIER. LONDON, May 19. The maintenance order obtained by Lady Langford against Lord Llangford was reduced to-day to 10s a week. Arrears are payable at the rate of,ss a week. Lady Langford demanded 15s a week, and Lord Langford offered ss, declaring he was without means, and that the constant publicity hindered his prospects of getting a job.
A maintenance order for the payment of £2 a- week against her husband, who is the Auckland-born holder of the ancient Irish barony, was obtained bv Lady Langford in the West London Police Court on January 26, 1932. Lady Langford was working as a waitress in a London tea room when her husband, Mr C. W. Poley,'a native of East Tamaki, succeeded to the peerage.
