LONDON, May 17
Importance attaches to the British Navy exercises commencing on May 23, in the North Sea, over an area of 2400 square miles. Some ships will he at full, and others at three-quarters speed, marking a resumption of the comparatively high-speed exercises, discontinued for trvo years, owing to economy.
