IN AID ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH

To exhibitor and spectator alike the annual chrysanthemum show in aid of All Saints’ Church Fund, to be held in the Soldiers’ Hall next Wednesday will provide' a wealth ol interest. Arrangements -'have been in hand for some little time now, and the organising committee has but a few details to attend to ensure the success of the show. With the unpleasant weather during the past few weeks, it was considered that tli exhibitors would not retain their full attraction, but general reports indicate that the blooms will suffer little in comparison with previous shows, and it now remains for full support from the public in the way of -exhibits and attendance at the show next Wednesday-to place this exhibition foremost among those : of previous • years.

Full scope for exhibitors is provided n the schedule which covers a wide range of classes, including blooms, vegetables, home industries, handiwork and photography.

The show will open in the afternoon and evening, and refreshments will be obtainable. .

Special interest attaches to the cookery section, for which special trophies and prizes have been allotted, including those donated by Kanieri Electric and Mr R. L. Leech,
