One -of the Chinese found in an opium den in Haining Street, in the police raid the other day, was fined £l2 10s this', morning.

The charges against two others, whowere allegedly said to have escaped through a window, from a Tory St. den were dismissed, the Magistrat- holding that evidence as to identification was inadequate.
