Advice has been received by the Palmerston 'North City Council from tlie Highways Board that it has approved acceptance by the city and the Ivairanga county councils of the tender of £20,561, by tlie Fletcher •Construction Cov., for the erection of a new. concrete bridge across the Manavvatu river at Palmerston North.
