AFTERNOON AT HOKITIKA,
Yesterday afternon, the Croquet Club was favoured with glorious Weather for its monthly - social, gathering,, the large number of visitors all joining in the various competitons,. which the members, had arranged fo-r their entertainment. It. igl hoped tb hold another afternoon sometime in April. Following are the results of, the com* petitions: Dial, Mrs Dullcraft • target, Mrs Cox; gdlf croqvlet, Mfs- S&ywelj ]• hurry scurry, MesdamCs .W» Now hi an, and Geo, King, During -alt interval the members dispensed .afternoon tea.>
