The re-trial of Elspeth Keyr, nurse, aged 45, on three charges of administering poison, was continued in the Supreme Court. The charges against, Nurse Kerr are that on April Bth turn 10th, 1932, at Devonpprt, and on April 16fch, 1932, at Auckland, she administered poison (veronal). to her. eight-, year-old fester daughter, Dorothy Betty Camoron, with intent to injure her, and so as to cause her life to bo end angered. Considerable progress has been made, .. and tweney-one 'witnesses out of about,forty have been heard.
It is expected that the trial will bo concluded this week.
