LONDON, February 22
Tom Casement, the brother of the late Sir Roger Casement, is suing the “Daily Express” for libel. The libel is allegedly contained in the papers in a “Story of an Old Hat,” which, Mi Casement contends, imputed that he was dissolute and was incapable of managing his own affairs. Counsel for claimant, said that Casement was shipwrecked in New Zealand. He fought in the Boer War, and also fought in the Great War until he learned his brother, Sir Geoige Casement had been executed, when he refused to s cl ’ ve further.
The hearing of the case was adjourn-
