LABOUR PARITY’S REJECTION

The outstanding feature of the metropolitan labour conference was that Mr Laiig’k advice, concerning . the socialisation of a poliey.Jof the next Federal election, was rejected. The conference refused to revoke its former decisions, and declared for straight-out socialisation without limitation as the policy of,the Australian Labour Party for the Federal elctions. The unification proposals of Mr Lang are described as a “red herring drawn across the track.”
