NAPIER, January 19. The Napier Park Racing Cud), which is holding a meeting on January 28, as portion of the re-opening of the Napier’s celebrations, has decided to accept the win ancl place system of investments on the totalisator. The committee has received overone hundred nominations which a'lgurs well for a successful meeting.
