Thanks to the restriction scheme, prices at Smithfield continue to harden, all imported mutton, lamb and frozen beef 'averaging a penny a pound higher. Australian lamb, unsaleable a few weeks ago, particularly benefited, and is now above the price nominally quoted. The sales are .approximately on the same scale as before Governmental action.
