CONFERENCE FAILS
PRUSSIAN SITUATION REVIEWED ANOTHER APPEAL TO COURTS. (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, Oct. 29. A conference has been held on the Prussian situation by President von Hindenburg, Chancellor von Papen and Dr Braun. The conference failed. Chancellor voii Papen insisted on the Reich Government having supreme control in Prussia, ' including that of administrative 'reforms and changes in administrative personnel. He' u'ould not tolerate encroachments cn Herr Bracht’s functions. Dr Braun insisted on the re-instate-ment of the Cabinet and the limiting of Herr Bracht’s'functions in Prussia, to the maintaining of law and order.
Captain von Phpen, after the conference, issued Prussian reforms, terminating the Ministry of Welfare, and other departments, whose functions the Reich authorities are performing. This is expected to lead to another appeal to the Courts.
