RECOGNITION
OF CHILEAN GOVERNMENT. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, October 22. Sir H. G. Chilton, British Ambassador at Santiago, has handed a Note to the Chilean Foreign Minister stating that the Governments of Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada will be happy to enter into official relations with the Chilean Government as at present constituted.
