IRISH DELEGATE FOR SPAIN CONFISCATION OF LANDS. (United Press Association- By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, October 23. The Dublin >’</ rreopondent of the “Sunday Pictorial” says that the Government has dispatched a special representative to Madrid to study at first hand the methods employed by the Republicans m founding a Socialist Republic.
It is stated in Dublin that when the Irish Republic is created the lands granted to peers and others by the British Government in bygone ■ years will bo confiscated in a similar manner to the lands which were granted by the Spanish kings to Spanish grandees.
